Returns Information

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items to us within 14 days of receiving your order

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item(s) are in their original packaging.
  • Any items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted for return.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear cannot be returned.

Return Reasons:

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The item is faulty or damaged.
  • You received the incorrect item.
  • The item does not fit (if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or damaged, or you have received an incorrect item.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@gmammal.com to initiate a return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  4. Send the package back to us using a tracked delivery service.

Refunds:

Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non Returnable Items:

In addition to items mentioned above, the following items are non returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale Items (unless faulty or damaged)
  • Personalised or custom made items
